- Conrad Götz Heritage Metropol 136 Violin 4/4, made in Germany, classic cultural tradition for the modern-urban world, the metropol series is the diligently crafted combination of both, ebony fittings with Parisian eye on tailpiece and pegs, Götz Guarneri chinrest with gold-plated screws, Aubert-Luxe bridge, black E-string master-finetuner, varnish: traditional southern-german varnish, antique-style darkbrown color with modern strongly highlighted reddish shades, the wood characteristics on the top are visibly conserved, the bottom flames diligently accentuated by the varnish, very narrow and aligned flamed back, very evenly distributed gradient of annual rings on the top, aligned flames of neck, sides and scroll to fit the overall appearance of the instrument, diligently graduated top and bottom for optimized tone and resonance, diligently crafted surface topography incl. thoroughly carved f-hole contour and surrounding surface, thoroughly crafted and detailled ribs, neck, scroll and purfling. Additional final crafting by a second luthier.
