The NAMM 2018 marks Strymon's entry into the world of Eurorack, with Magneto, a stereo band echo with multiple possibilities. The new Strymon Magneto offers three modes of operation: a stereo band echo simulation of four playback heads, a looper, a sampler, but you can also use it as a vintage spring reverb, a clock multiplier, a chaotic oscillator, a sub-oscillator... in your Eurorack environment thanks to its different voltage-controlled inputs and outputs. Magneto's unprocessed signal path is entirely analog, Strymon used an Analog Devices SHARC processor for processing and developed its own band echo algorithms.
