Flowing arpeggios and a delicate melody evoke the serenity of a moonlit, snow-covered landscape. The suite concludes with 'Pike's Peak Boogie,' a loping boogie-woogie number that calls to mind the cowboys and pioneers who founded the city of Colorado Springs.
