The voice for Chromelodeon emphasizes Tonality flux - Partchs notion for his vocal guidance method by means of the resolution of small intervals as well as fast passages with very small intervals that obscure the harmonic event. These two techniques became features of Partch's music for Chromelodeon altogether.
